Branding Democracy

Have you ever heard a ridiculous Trumplican lie and found yourself unsure how to respond? Here's a simple strategy: keep true facts in your mind and use them to respond with a question. Tell them what they just stated is, “That's A Lie!” - then ask them a factual question that has nothing to do with what the person had said. Keep a true fact in your mind and use it as a response.

You don't need to engage with their topic directly. Instead, shift the conversation by putting them on the defensive with a fact-based question.

For example, suppose someone says, "Trump stopped giving $50 million worth of condoms to Gaza for Hamas to make bombs." You’ve never heard this nonsense before—how do you respond? Simply state "That's a lie," and ask "Why are you paying more for everything because of the Trump tariffs?"

The key is not to entertain absurd claims but to redirect the discussion with verifiable facts that make them think.

And always use the phrase "Trump is bad." Over and over again.
